- A 48 HOUR NOTICE is required to reschedule or cancel all PMU, SMP, Areola/Restorative Tattoo & Ink-less Stretch Mark/Scar Rejuvenation Treatments and A 48 HOUR NOTICE is required for all Esthetic based appointments or commitment deposit is forfeited & a new commitment deposit is required to reschedule - additional no show fees may apply. - COMMITMENT/ BOOKING DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may reschedule your appointment ONCE to a date/time within 30 days of original appointment date/time - there after a new commitment fee is required to schedule.  *If i manually schedule an appointment for you the commitment deposit will be charged to the card on file - receipt will be sent. - NO SHOW POLICY: If you - 1) Cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time.  2) Fail to show up day of scheduled appointment.  3) Admit to not following pre-care instructions.  4) Show up visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs - You will be considered a NO SHOW CLIENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the service fee to the card on file - NO EXCEPTIONS. - LATE POLICY: If you are more than 15 MINUTES late I will have to reschedule your appointment & a new commitment deposit is required to reschedule.  - CANCELLATIONS: All payments are final.  If you decide to cancel the appointment overall, for whatever reason on your end, your commitment deposit will not be refunded. - THE CITY PROHIBITS: Minors and pets in the studio at any time. Please DO NOT bring them or you will be asked to reschedule and your commitment deposit will be forfeited - NO EXCEPTIONS.
