Power Of Pigment

All clients will be required to place a credit card on file, and pay a retaining fee equal to 50% of the cost of the service booked, payable through the booking platform. When an appointment is scheduled by the artist directly the card on file will be charged the retainer fee. This fee is non refundable, non transferable and applies to the total cost of your service. Clients are given one reschedule opportunity to a date/time within 30 days of original appointment date/time - there after a new retainer fee is required to reschedule.  Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked appointment time will result in a charge equal to 50% of your service - this will reflect in the loss of your retainer. Failure to arrive for your appointment in a timely manner may result in your service being augmented to reflect available time, or cancelled if time does not allow. Please reach out if you know you are not going to arrive on time so we can adjust accordingly. Same day cancellations and failure to appear without notice (no call-no show) will result in a charge to the card on file equal to the total cost of your service. This goes into effect 15 minutes past the starting point of your booking. Power Of Pigment reserves the right to refuse future services to said client.
