CANCELATION POLICY Because each appointment takes a great deal of time & attention my days are scheduled precisely. When you last minute cancel or no show your appointment it not only leaves a gap in my schedule but has taken away an appointment from someone else. I highly encourage that you fully look over your schedule before booking an appointment to ensure you will be able to make it. Please respect my time and that of other clients so the same can be returned to you. I REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. - BOOKING FEES & PAYMENTS: are non-refundable and non-transferable. A 48 hour notice is required to reschedule OR cancel any appointments OR COMMITMENT FEE IS FORFEITED. You will be considered a LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION & A NEW COMMITMENT FEE IS REQUIRED TO REBOOK. You may reschedule your appointment ONCE to a date/time within 90 days of original appointment date/time - there after a new commitment fee is required. - NO SHOW POLICY: If you - 1) Cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. 2) Fail to show up day of appointment. 3) Lie on your forms - You will be considered a NO SHOW & WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the service fee, NO EXCEPTIONS. - LATE POLICY: If you are 15 MINUTES OR MORE LATE we will have to reschedule your appointment & A NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO REBOOK. - CANCELLATIONS: ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. If you decide to cancel the appointment overall for whatever reason on your end your commitment fee WILL NOT be refunded. - THE CITY PROHIBITS: Minors and pets in the studio at any time. Please DO NOT bring them or you will be asked to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited, NO EXCEPTIONS! I HAVE READ ALL PRE/POST SERVICE INFO, POLICIES & FAQ's. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THE SERVICE I AM RECEIVING AND THE GUIDELINES THAT GO WITH THAT SERVICE/S. I AM ALSO AGREEING TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY AND THE RESPONSIBILITIES THAT COME WITH BOOKING THIS APPOINTMENT.
